About Sierra

I am the oldest of four children, so I grew up babysitting and helping raise my three younger sisters. I have a sister who is 4 years younger than me, 7 years younger than me, and 12 years younger than me. My youngest sister also has high functioning autism. During middle school and high school, I also babysat for at least six separate families on a long term, committed basis. I have babysat two newborns-9 months old, however I have the most experience with toddlers-elementary school kids. I have also dog sat, house sat, and ran various errands for my families. Outside of babysitting, I have coached my kids from two of my six families. I genuinely enjoy developing close, personal relationships with the kids that I take care of.
