About Megan

Hello! I have worked as a nanny for 3 years, for infants and toddlers. And have worked full-time at a preschool for the last two years. I love animals (no pet allergies), crafts, board games, books, walks and outdoor activities and whatever your child is excited to tell me about. I value teaching autonomy and mutual respect, always encourage kindness and prioritize teaching safety and developing good decision making. I have experience with food allergies, sensory processing challenges and with neurodiverse kids. I am reliable, flexible, easy going, good humored, patient and caring. I am clean, organized and schedule-conscious when needed. With schedule changes, I'm communicative and flexible. Also very comfortable with light cleaning, laundry and meal prep as needed.
