About Sierra

I have been working with kids 15+ yrs, varying from after school programs, camp counselor to nannying. I work part time with an amazing kid who has mild CP, since infancy, assisting with OT, ST and PT. I've worked with other disabilities. I am an SF native; lover of nature, music, art, building community, swimming in the ocean and biking (main transportation). I also love cooking/ often cook for my 91 yr old grandma. I am an artist in all forms. I believe in using restorative practices when working with kids. I prefer having a conversation, asking questions of how the kid's feeling, explaining to them how they are powerful and how they can affect other people with their actions, work together to find ways to express their emotions in healthy ways. My best qualities are my kindness, communication, patience, and flexibility. I still have close relationships with families I've worked with over the years. Looking for PT/ potentially FT nannying and/or caregiving job.
