I'd describe my personality as outgoing, respectful and nurturing. I like working with kids because seeing the world through their eyes truly shifts your perspective in life. Being a part of any child's growth and development is a gift. I'm looking for a job that will allow my youngest to be with me. I started working with kids when I was in my early teenage years, babysitting and volunteering at a local daycare. I began my childcare career when I was 23. I took a break and had two girls of my own, going back in 2024. Now with my oldest in school, I am trying to find more flexible hours and more direct care. In my spare time, I like to play disc golf, cook with my girls, read and play my guitar. One thing you should know about me is when I make a connection with a child, I give it my all. I treat those children like my own. My skills include respecting all children's boundaries, being silly and goofy, and coming up with open ended activities that bring out their imagination.
