About Sierra

Hi! My name is Sierra, and I'm a caring, dependable, and patient caregiver who enjoys helping children feel safe, supported, and comfortable. I have over 2 years of Medical Assistant experience and graduated from MDT Institute as a Medical Assistant. I also have over 3 years of experience providing in-home private care and patient care coordination, which has taught me responsibility, patience, and how to recognize and respond to individual needs. I believe children thrive in a safe, positive, and nurturing environment where they can learn, play, and be themselves. I'm happy to help with age-appropriate activities, meals and snacks, homework, routines, transportation, and keeping children engaged and supervised. I'm responsible, attentive, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently. My goal is to give parents peace of mind knowing their children are safe, cared for, and having a positive experience while in my care!
