About Pamesha

I am a sweet, compassionate, smart, and independent young woman who is responsible, reliable, and dedicated to providing quality care. I have over 5 years of experience working in assisted living facilities and providing private in-home care, as well as 6+ years of experience working with children in schools, daycares, and private homes. I am currently a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) providing therapy and support to children. Throughout my experience, I have developed strong skills in assisting with daily living activities, personal care, medication reminders, maintaining medical schedules, and providing emotional and compassionate support. I take pride in creating a safe, comfortable, and positive environment for the individuals and families I work with. I am dependable, patient, attentive to detail, and committed to treating every person in my care with dignity, kindness, and respect.
