As a caregiver, which is my usual position of work, I absolutely love to cook and create fun and healthy meals for the children I care for. I'm a lover of all things DELICIOUS. Some of my favorite meals that are child approved are.. *Vegetarian lasagna *Black bean burgers *White bean chowder *Udon noodle stir fry *Dairy free cauliflower mac&cheese *And more ;-) I am a recently newly certified Holistic Nutritionist through AFPA Fitness. Plant based delicious meals are my new specialty! During this current hard time of our world, I realize that parents are trying to do their best to balance working from home, or maybe being laid off, and watching their kiddos as well. It can be a tough balancing act for sure! Sometimes, the last thing Mom or Dad want to do is make a big healthy meal at the end of the night. Ordering a pizza is easy, but sacrificing you and your family's health isn't a good feeling. That's where I come in. I'm offering home cooked dinner drop-offs.
