About Sibet

Hi! I'm Sibet - a writer, actor, and registered yoga teacher (Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, Children's, Chair, Prenatal & Postnatal) who recently moved to Washington, D. C. after spending years in New York City and London. I came back to be closer to my family in Alexandria, Virginia - and I'm excited to connect with local families and community members here. I've worked as a nanny in Brooklyn for over six years, caring for two wonderful kids who started with me at ages 5 and 10. I helped with homework, creative projects, and remote learning during COVID, and often babysat for their friends as well. I graduated with honors from the University of Virginia. I've tutored in a wide range of subjects including science, math, economics, French, English, and history. I also grew up with both cats and dogs and currently have four cats of my own, so I'm very experienced with pet care and happy to help with cat and dog sitting.
