Sia watched my and a friends daughter from ages 6 months to 20 months and she is excellent. She is incredibly reliable, punctual and communicative. She worked with our daughters by playing age appropriate games with them, reading to them, and even teaching them some baby signs. She had excellent judgement of when to reach out to me at work when she had questions or concerns. She always respected my desires for my daughter. I couldn't recommend Sia more! We are sad to leave her but we are moving out of the area.
