About Hailey

We had such a wonderful experience with Hailey, who cared for our daughter full-time from about 5 months old until nearly 11 months old. She is incredibly patient, calm, attentive, and playful, and our daughter was always happy and comfortable in her care. She rarely cried while with her, which gave us so much peace of mind (especially as a parent who works from home). She was wonderful about keeping our daughter on her schedule and followed our instructions carefully. She helped with everything from naps, feedings, and diaper changes to stroller walks and keeping her entertained and engaged throughout the day. She was very attentive to our daughter’s needs and development and always made sure she was happy, safe, and stimulated. She also helped with light housekeeping, which was a huge help as a working parent of two kids! She was punctual, reliable, communicative, and easygoing. We especially appreciated that she was comfortable asking questions and bringing things to our attention when she had concerns or wasn't sure about something. We always felt that she genuinely cared about our daughter and wanted to do the best job possible. We would absolutely recommend her to another family. She was a wonderful caregiver for our daughter, and we are very grateful for the care and attention she provided during such an important stage of our daughter’s first year!
