I was a live in nanny for a year for the Shellman family in oakdale CT, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. I took care of all her needs and house chores, such as meals, changing, naps, dishes, laundry, and play time. When I was 12 years old I took a 6 hour red cross babysitting training course through girl scouts and have been on and off babysitting eversince. I have experience with special needs children as my cousin has autism and Ive had to take care of him a many times. I have a younger sister with a 9 year age difference so I know what's relevant with kids and what interests them. My favorite part about taking care of kids is finding ways to have fun while also learning something and staying safe. I know im young but that just means I still have an imagination and can always think of ways to entertain kids. I have my fitness training certification and went to college for nutrition. I have a car and have had my license for over 4 years now. Im ready to start whenever and am excited to work!
