About Shirin

Hi! I am a certified teacher with 13 years of experience teaching grades 5-8. I have worked with a wide range of learners including gifted, multi-lingual learners, and special education students. I am happy to assist with homework and/or tutor your child in a subject in which they need more support. Q & A I would describe my personality as amiable, caring, and resourceful. I enjoy tutoring because it allows me to work with students while having a flexible schedule. In my spare time, I like to walk, read, and organize things. Also, I enjoy traveling internationally and exploring new cultures. Building relationships with the students and families that I serve is very important to me.
