I am currently a teacher at the University Child Development Center at the University of Pittsbugh. Together with two other team members we love, supervise, nurture, teach & attempt to wrangle our group of 10 tenacious toddlers. I have taken a roundabout approach to teaching after attending college and majoring in Biology, but have found that I'd rather play tag and kiss boo boo's than collect data in the lab. From being a nanny, a tutor, a lead teacher in a classroom, and paraprofessional - I've just about done it all. In my spare time I enjoy talking to adults (haha), reading, traveling, rooting for sports teams (Let's go Bucs), spending time with family, and chasing my ornery dogs around.
