My name is Shideh, and I bring over 17 years of experience caring for individuals with behavioral, emotional, and physical challenges - including seniors and young adults. I am certified in CPR and First Aid and have specialized training in dementia, Alzheimer's care, and daily living assistance (ADL). My goal is to help each person live with dignity, safety, and comfort. I have worked both in private homes and group care settings, supporting clients with meal preparation, hygiene, mobility, companionship, and medication reminders. I'm known for being calm, trustworthy, and organized - and I deeply care about every client I work with. Whether your loved one needs full-time support, respite care, or just kind companionship, I'm here to help. I speak English, Swedish, and Persian, and am happy to work with multicultural families.
