About Justin

Hi, I'm Justin. I'm a San Diego native, Navy veteran, and private caregiver. I offer hands-on care, companionship, errands, rides to appointments, help around the house, organization, grooming care, and mobile strengthening to help support movement and independence. I offer flexible blocks of time, as well as weekly, biweekly, triweekly, or daily check-in services, depending on what works best for each person and family. I've worked with seniors and adults dealing with dementia, Parkinson's, stroke recovery, mobility issues, palliative care, end-of-life care, and other challenges. I'm easygoing, dependable, and happy to work around each person's routine and preferences. I treat the people I care for the same way I'd want my own family treated.
