About Shiala

I've been babysitting for over 15 years and have a strong background working with children of all ages. In addition to my personal experience, I currently work as a mental health counselor at the YMCA, supporting middle school kids in their emotional and social development. This role has deepened my understanding of child behavior, communication, and creating safe, nurturing environments.
