Hello and thanks for visiting my profile! In my 13+ yrs caring for the elderly I have worked in various care settings like assisted living and memory care facilities, with agencies and within private family homes - caring for loved ones with various types of health concerns, like dementia, on hospice, bed bound, recovering from surgery and more. I also provide transportation and companionship when needed. I have experience assisting with ADLs, housekeeping, meal prep and feeding, medication admin, being the lead contact for doctors and setting appointments. In addition, I've overseen the case management of multiple clients, created care plans and managed a care team for my private clients. My certifications HCA certified (background check), TB, first aid & CPR certified, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license and my Home Health Aid (HHA) certification.
