I have extensive experience supporting clients living with Alzheimer's and dementia, using patient, calm communication and consistent routines to reduce stress and support memory care needs. My experience also includes personal care, medication administration, vital signs, wound and skin care, mobility assistance, transfers and mechanical lifts, incontinence care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments, and detailed daily documentation. My training includes CPR, First Aid, BLS, paramedical care, body mechanics and lifts, and personal care for bed-confined clients.
