I have 30 years of being a Top Producing Realtor. Carolyn S was a very high end, multi-million dollar Realtor. The first 15 years, I was her Personal Assistant as I came in and helped her build her business by doing all the errands and grocery store.... things that would keep a house running, including errands. Then managed the office and employees and worked the office more, and she hired a young man to run the errands and stuff. She bought me a car and gave me an unlimited credit card that she paid for. Then, when she bought her 3rd Penthouse, I was part of everything.... we knocked down walls, pick out tile, granite, backsplash, fixtures, etc. Then when it came to decorating, she let me have full control . Most everything, even down to her bed and bedding, she had picked the same things. Now that is knowing someone.
