Caring for the elderly is not just my profession-it's my passion. I love listening to their stories, sharing conversation, and helping them feel valued and engaged. Along with companionship, I specialize in light movement and mobility exercises to improve flexibility, strength, and overall well-being. Depending on each client's needs, I also provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation to doctor's appointments, and assistance with pets.
