Hello, my name is Sherry, I am a retired Physical Therapist Asst of 25 yrs. The past 10 yrs, I have been a Clinical Liaison of medical Home Health and Hospice. I am a very compassionate, warm, friendly, educated professional with a passion for Senior Care and improving wellness and quality of life. I am able to assist with ADLs, therapeutic exercise, rehabilitation, teaching/training for mobility/transfers, gait/balance, orthopedics, dementia, Parkinsons, stroke, COPD, CHF, medication management, transportation to appts, excursions to include favorite hobbies, trips to museums, galleries, libraries, parks, or church, etc. Whether it be assisting to improve lives physically, emotionally, mentally, or spiritually, I am also available to assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, or just companionship relaxing with good conversation, engaging through games, reading or favorite TV shows.
