Hi! I look forward to talking with you about your loved one's needs. I have 3 years of recent senior experience, including one year of live-in Alzheimer's care and over 20 years of other care experience. I am available mostly for companionship and things like medication reminders, or prepping a simple meal. I especially love listening to music with companions and learning their favorite songs to sing together if they'd like. In general, I aim to support a calm, healthy environment. Since everyone's needs are diverse please let me in on your details. Let's talk and see what we can make happen! . One important thing is that though I'm on the younger side, please note that I have some genetic "invisible" chronic health issues. I am managing my own chronic pain and fatigue so, regrettably, that is why I do not promise heavy housework, or to assist with lifting, bathing etc. Though I'm no longer physically strong, my spirit remains the same.
