I am a full time high school math teacher (13th year) and have been teaching Algebra 1 and Algebra 2 for 11 years. I taught middle school math for 2 years prior. I have been tutoring for 10+ years and have tutored all grade levels and most subjects. During the school year, I have helped assist with homework completion, organization and review of notes, time management, and test/course preparation. Summer time, I have created a 10 week summer refresher course to help students skip the summer slide and stay engaged with their math skills over break. I focus on strengthening prior skills, while exposing them to topics they will be learning in the fall. This school year I have been working with a variety of tutoring students (4th grade through College level math) via online, building their math skills, reviewing their notes and assisting with homework and test prep. I am also iXL certified. I would love to help your student be more successful and confident with their math.
