My work history ranges from being a teacher at the YMCA, substituting as a physical education teacher for k-8, coaching middle school girls and boys basketball for four years, and nannying for various age groups (infancy through adolescence) and children with learning disabilities. How do you know when you have found a good one? When your child who has never had a nanny before asks for nanny Sherrell before they go to bed and first thing in the morning when they wake up. Sherrell is a walking testament of all the knowledge, the care, and the attentiveness one could ever ask of anyone looking after their child. Hire her, if you're smart!!

Sherrell took care of our 3,5 year old son and she is an excellent caregiver. Our son is usually shy, but he connected quickly with her and enjoyed playing with her very much. Sherrell has watched our son by herself, entertained him, took him to parks and playgrounds in our area and I trusted her completely. In addition, with her help, my son's English improved tremendously. 
 She is kind, soft-spoken, patient and highly reliable. The only reason why she is no longer working for us, is that our son goes to day care now. 
I definitely recommend her. 


Sherrell wanted one week notice for any scheduling changes, but she cancelled her appointment last minute. Very unprofessional.

Sherrell is a great nanny! My daughter loved her. She took care of my daughter from 18 months till 3 years. She would read to her, bring books from library, take her to parks and activities. It's hard to find a good nanny like her.

We hired Sherrell for a month and my kids loved hanging out with her. She was fun, always punctual, asked questions and tried her very best to help out. I would definitely recommended her or hire her without a second thought.

We interviewed Sherrell and did a test run with our kids.  She was great.  I appreciate her mild manner.  She does not seem to get overwhelmed.  What I appreciated most about Sherrell was her honesty and integrity.  After spending a day with us and recognizing we needed someone long term she opted out because she may not be able to commit for more then a few months.  I appreciated her straightforward approach.  

I had an excellent experience with Sherrell as a caregiver.  Sherrell was responsible for taking care of 8 children of various ages for an entire day (about 12 hours).  She handled the children's lunch, snacks, and dinner.  She supervised them throughout the day, and even spent time playing basketball with them.  When we got back home, our kids wanted to know when she'd be back to play basketball with them.

Sherrell has all the qualities parents would want in a caregiver.  She is punctual, trustworthy, dependable, and has great communication skills.  She possesses a very calm demeanor and is very mature for her age.  I will definitely be calling her for future babysitting needs.

Sherrell was a life saver.  We are new to the area and I needed someone to help me with my two young girls ages 2.5 and 2 months.  Sherrell has a kind quiet way about her that helped deal with my super active 2.5 year old.  She also was very good with my infant.  The first time she met my girls I was still home and was able to observe her with them and felt that she was the perfect match for us.

Sherell is an excellent person and caregiver, she has excellent character and professionalism which would benefit anyone needing a caregiver. I was very  pleased with her attentive style and overall positive attitude while taking care of my son.

Sherell interviewed with me and came across as a confident, balanced and responsible caregiver. Liked the fact that she coached a basketball team so my kids shouldn't be a problem! :)
