My nanny/babysitting experience started with my nieces and nephew as well as neighborhood families. I am the oldest child in my family, so I always helped my mother when needed. My responsibilities included changing diapers, bathing, feeding, playing, cooking, home work help, and putting them to sleep. I can easily relate to all children! Finding Sheron was one of the best things that could have happened for our family. As two parents working in the medical field, our schedules can be unpredictable, and Sheron has always been incredibly flexible and understanding. Whether it’s an early morning, a late day, or a last minute change, she’s always willing to help and we’ve never taken that for granted. Our son absolutely adores her. She does so much more than just watch him. She keeps him engaged, teaches him new things, and always makes sure he’s having fun. It’s clear how much she genuinely cares about him. The biggest thing we can say is that we trust Sheron completely. When we’re at work, we never have to wonder if our son is safe, happy, or being well cared for because we know he’s in the best hands. That peace of mind is priceless. Sheron has had such a positive impact on our family, and we’re so grateful for everything she’s done for us. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better nanny, and any family would be lucky to have her.
