OBJECTIVE My goal is to utulize my caregiving, organizing and artistic skills to make profound connections with elderly groups and individuals in their homes, independent / assisted living communities and memory care environments. CAREGIVING EXPERIENCE In 2023, I moved in with my friend, who suffers from dementia. This experience provided the sense of purpose that I missed from being a mother to young children. During this period, I learned how to effectively communicate with her and witnessed the process of transitioning into a memory care facility. Since then, I have provided dementia caregiving and hospice caregiving, including meal preparation, for multiple family and friends. Art time is incorporated into my caregiving duties and it has become my passion to serve this demographic. ART WORKSHOP EXPERIENCE I conduct art workshops.
