I am writing in regard to Sheri, whom I believe is the best choice for your open childcare position. I have known Sheri my whole life. My children, and all other children who spend time around Sheri, have a great deal of fun and are never bored. But that's not the quality that makes for a good childcare provider. Sheri is able to walk that fine line between "the fun one" and "the disciplinarian." That is not an easy task, but Sheri manages it with ease, and as such is able to retain the children's respect. We may not always think that a child respecting us is important, but it really does go a long way in keeping a child happy. Sheri's ability to gain a child's respect convinces me that She is destined to be in this line of work. I want you to know that Sheri has cared my children often, and I trust her with them implicitly. Anytime I needed a childcare provider, I thought of Sheri, so I do not hesitate in recommending in hiring her for the position. I strongly encourage you to jump at the opportunity to have her care for your children.
