About Regina

Patient, Nurturing & Experienced Caregiver I am a patient, nurturing, kind and attentive caregiver who genuinely enjoys helping people feel safe, understood and valued. I have experience caring for both children and older adults. I was a preschool teacher for four years and later worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), including supporting children on the autism spectrum. I also have graduate-level studies in psychology and experience in behavior-change coaching. I currently work as a Care Manager, advocating for older adults, monitoring their well-being, coordinating care and communicating with families and healthcare professionals. I am dependable, observant, creative and trustworthy. I'm also an artist and enjoy incorporating creativity into activities. Most importantly, I want those in my care to feel safe, respected and genuinely cared for.
