I am a dedicated and compassionate paraprofessional at Gaither High school for the past 2. 5 years. My responsibilities include collaborating closely with teachers to implement lesson plans, provide one-on-one or small group instruction, and adapt materials to meet diverse learning needs. My passion for working with students extends beyond academics. I am also committed to promoting social and emotional growth by fostering a supportive and nurturing atmosphere in the classroom. Building rapport with students and their families is a priority for me, as I believe open communication is essential for a successful educational experience. I am a dedicated mother of six wonderful children and a proud grandmother to four. For most of my adult life, I chose the path of being a stay-at-home mom. I've also worn many hats as a homemaker, chef, chauffeur, and storyteller. These roles have enriched my life and allowed me to develop invaluable skills in time management, organization, and multitasking
