I am a very responsible, honest and dedicated individual, with over 15 years of experience in childcare education. I have experience in special needs children. I get along with people very well, especially with kids; I have a lot of patience and a loving caring personality. I love playing with kids, and have a good time with them, but also get their respect, like to teach them new things and learn from them too. I find very important to communicate with the parents and obey their schedules, norms, and customs, so the children do not feel any difference when I am taking care of them, and feel comfortable and happy.
