About Sheridan

Hi! I'm Sheridan, a fourth-year medical student who genuinely loves working with children. I'm responsible, patient, energetic, and take the trust that comes with caring for someone's child very seriously. I've babysat since high school for children ranging from 5-15, and now regularly babysit my niece and nephew (2yo and 5mo). In college, I volunteered at the Spark! Lab, a makerspace for kids in the Smithsonian. I helped children explore science, technology, engineering, and creativity through interactive activities. I'm CPR and first-aid trained, giving me confidence in keeping children safe, and knowing when someone needs further attention. Outside of school, I love spending time outdoors, running, hiking, and being with friends and family. I'm happy to play, do crafts, read, help with homework, or simply let kids lead the fun. I'm also comfortable helping with meals, routines, bedtime, or whatever else helps your families day run smoothly!
