About Alissa

Hi! My name is Alissa, and I will be starting graduate school in the fall of 2026 to pursue my Pediatric Nurse Practitioner degree. While in school, I am looking for a part-time nanny position that offers flexibility with my class schedule. I have six years of experience as a pediatric registered nurse, caring for children of all ages in a variety of settings. Most recently, I worked for two years at Boston Children's Hospital before relocating to Bristol, VA, for my fiancé's job. I am PALS & BLS certified and have extensive experience caring for infants, children, and adolescents, including those with complex medical needs. Beyond my professional experience, I grew up with four younger siblings, so caring for children has always been a natural part of my life! I love creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment where kids feel loved and supported. I would love the opportunity to get to know your family and provide compassionate care for your children!
