I'm an energetic, polished, and confident young woman with a genuine passion for working with kids. I love helping shape and guide the younger generation's experiences. Every child brings something unique, and their different perspectives push me to think on my feet and adapt to many personalities. As someone who values growth and exploration, seeing different family routines and dynamics is both inspiring and grounding. I believe in open communication, honesty, and being an integral member of the family team-trusted, respected, and collaborative. I started caring for children when I was 15, which has taught me patience, emotional intelligence, and resilience. I'm easygoing and gentle but also know when firmness is needed-especially when safety is involved. I enjoy watching movies, reading, staying active (working out at least four times a week), and embracing reset days. My skills include excellent communication, being resourceful and the ability to pivot when plans change.
