About Chelsea

I'm looking for a family that is kind, communitive and easy to work with. I enjoy creating a safe space that is fun and a supportive environment for the children as we work as a team. I started working with kids when I was a preteen. professionally when I was a Junior in High school. Then I started birth and postpartum doulsing in 2017, for families of my communities in the Seattle community. In my spare time, I like to make art, spend time with family and have fun with friends outdoors. One thing you should know about me is I'm very carrying and empathetic and I would treat their family as if it were my own. My skills include include infant and newborn care, supporting children's development through engaging activities, and creating a safe, dependable environment for families. Also helping families transition into parenthood and heal during that time.
