About Shennika

Hello, my name is shennika! I am a Human Services student currently pursuing my associate degree in Children and Youth Studies, with the goal of becoming a Social Worker. I also completed three years of a BSc in Child and Adolescent Development, which gave me a strong foundation in child growth, behavior, and development. I bring over 3 years of hands-on childcare experience, working with children of different ages in both home and community settings. I enjoy creating safe, fun, and educational activities -- whether that's reading, doing arts and crafts, playing outdoors, or helping with homework. Families often describe me as patient, reliable, and nurturing. In addition to childcare, I am happy to assist with light household tasks such as meal prep, tidying up, and organizing play areas. My goal is to provide quality care where children feel supported and parents have peace of mind. I would love the opportunity to care for your little ones and support your family.
