About Ashley

I am a former teacher and current social work graduate student with extensive experience supporting children academically, socially, and emotionally. My background in education and Special Education gave me experience working with children with varying learning, developmental, behavioral, and social-emotional needs while helping them build confidence and independence. I value every child's differences and believe each child has their own strengths, personality, and way of learning. I work to create environments where children feel safe, understood, and supported while building meaningful relationships with both children and families. My caregiving style is rooted in patience, emotional support, adaptability, and creating positive experiences where children can be themselves.
