About Natalie

I am a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator with several years of experience creating safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environments for young children. I earned my education at Medgar Evers College and have experience working with toddlers and preschool-aged children, where I foster children's social-emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development through hands-on, play-based learning. As a lead teacher, I enjoy designing creative lesson plans that encourage curiosity, independence, and confidence. I believe every child learns differently, and I strive to create an inclusive classroom where all children feel valued, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential. Building strong relationships with families is an important part of my teaching philosophy, and I value open communication and collaboration to support each child's growth.
