I bring over 16 years of experience in childcare and youth programs, supporting children from infancy through elementary age. I've held leadership roles as a Program Manager and Site Coordinator in licensed childcare and nonprofit settings, managing daily operations, routines, and health and safety compliance, while partnering closely with families. I create structured, nurturing environments that support social-emotional growth, positive behavior, and age-appropriate learning. I'm patient, reliable, and intentional in how I respond to children's needs, and I value open, honest, and meaningful communication with families. I love creating days that balance fun, adventure, and calm learning, including messy crafts, outdoor exploration, and imaginative play. As a parent myself, I understand the importance of trust, and I care for every child with the same attention and warmth I give my own. My 6-month-old daughter may join me, and I'm happy to work with families on arrangements.
