About Shelby

I'm a mom of a newly 2-year-old and have been a dedicated childcare provider for over 15 years caring for children from infancy to school age. My passion lies in showing big love, nurturing young minds and supporting their growth and development. I believe in having a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, play, and thrive. As a patient, calm, and creative individual, I bring a positive and friendly approach to my role as a mom and caregiver. I'm hoping to care for another one to two children between the ages of 1-3 along with my son (age 2). I always strive to maintain open and honest communication with parents, ensuring that they know their kids are loved and they are well-informed about their child's day and any concerns that arise. A typical day with my Son and I includes a variety of activities, such as outdoor play, puzzles, imagination and educational activities and games that promote learning and development and fun.
