My name is Shelby. I'm new to Seattle. My boyfriend and I moved here in late January for his career in college football. I am currently in school online with ULM to get my early childhood education degree. I'm currently a junior. Right now I am working at a day care with 14 infants 5 months-1 years old. I have recently gotten up-to-date training and certifications with the Department of Children, Youth and Families. I was hired in compliance with the Washington administrative code or WAC guidelines including vaccinations. I am looking to explore, learn, and enjoy nature with children and the infants do not leave the classroom for the 9 hour day. I believe children should be able to have exploration and development simultaneously.
