About Shekinah

Hi, I'm Shekinah! I'm an experienced nanny and household manager with over 5 years of childcare experience. I'm relocating to NYC and looking forward to finding a wonderful family to work with! In my current role, I provide attentive childcare while managing daily household responsibilities, including preparing breakfast, school lunches and family dinners, school pickups and drop-offs, grocery shopping, errands, laundry, household cleaning, and pantry and refrigerator organization. I'm proactive, organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently. I take pride in anticipating a family's needs, maintaining a well-run home, and creating a safe, nurturing environment for children. I'm fluent in English and Spanish and adapt easily to each family's routines and preferences. I'm seeking a long-term nanny, family assistant, or household manager position where I can become a trusted part of the family!
