About Sheila

Hello! I'm a private childcare provider and early childhood educator with nearly a decade of experience working with children. I approach my work with a holistic, child-led, Reggio Emilia inspired lens. Over the years, I have learned just how important play and care are to a child's development. I see the connection between how we care for children and how we care for our own inner child. Children play an important role in our world and deserve respect and support, as do their families. The saying 'it takes a village,' truly is no joke. I am proud to offer care that bridges school and home, guided by curiosity, relationship, and intention. I am passionate about supporting my village, allowing you rest, time, and peace of mind. On a more personal note, I am a Bay Area native, born and raised in Hayward, and currently residing in Palo Alto. I enjoy going to local parks, watching movies, thrifting, and listening to podcasts.
