About Sheila

Making a positive impact on the lives of seniors is my calling. With 20 years of experience in senior care, I bring a patient, compassionate, and friendly approach to every interaction. My goal is to create a comfortable environment and support the well-being and independence of those I care for. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities as needed. I offer transportation, hospice services, help with errands, home health assistance, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, and mobility assistance. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always respecting their preferred method. I have some college education, and I am CPR and First Aid certified. I'm eager to use my skills to bring peace of mind to your family.
