Our family would recommend Oluwagbemisola (Mimi for short) to anyone! She stepped into the role with a strong background and even though she did not have any experience with the specific equipment that we were using, she was able to figure it out quickly and became one of the few people my sister-in-law would trust to help with her respiratory issues. She is now very skilled with Cough Assist, a bipap ventilator, and a g-tube for feeding and I am confident that she would be able to learn any new equipment because she is detail-oriented and very patient-focused. Mimi works mainly with my sister-in-law, but she has connected with the entire family including the cats. She is on time and a great communicator, flexible, compassionate, understanding, organized, and reliable. She was able to learn everything on her own and accepted all feedback readily. She provides such wonderful care for our family member. Her abilities and competence relieve some of the anxiety that my sister-in-law often feels and everyone is always happy to see her.
