About Sheila

My calling to care for others stems from a deep passion for ensuring adults and seniors maintain their well-being and independence. My decade of experience has been incredibly rewarding. As a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide, I provide respite care, personal care, and mobility assistance. I also assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation. I am skilled in dementia care and hospice services. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I communicate with families using their preferred method, including written daily reports. Earning trust, respecting independence, and understanding preferences are important to me. I am patient, compassionate, detail-oriented, and have a graduate degree. I also have current CPR Training and First Aid Training. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
