Her hands-on caregiving skills are excellent. She is a CNA with more than 10 years experience and it shows. She's knowledgeable and confident with personal care, including brief changes, wound care, and Hoyer lift transfers. Tara is also dependable, consistently arriving on time and often early for her shifts. Communication is another one of her strengths. She takes the time to explain what she is doing before providing care, helping my mom feel comfortable, informed, and respected throughout the process. Tara is also open to feedback and willingly shares best practices with other members of my mom's care team. For example, she has emphasized the importance of keeping heels elevated off the bed to help prevent pressure injuries and even provided clear instructions and photos so everyone could follow the same standard of care. Tara is a valuable member of my mom's care team.
