I've known Sheila for over ten years. One thing that's always amazes me about her is how calm, cool and collected she is. By that I mean she never, ever raises her voice, swears, yells, gossips -- even when she's upset about something, it's a very calm sort of upset. She knows how to control herself . There's never been a time where she's 'lost it' with her children, or mine, when I certainly would've. And she loves children in a way that I've never seen in anyone else. I wish I had 1/10th of her calm & peace. For a mother of four children (all of whom I know well) she is so peaceful...I don't know how she does it. This, in itself, speaks to how she is with anyone's children. Anyone who employs her to care for their children should know -- they are getting the very best caregiver a parent could ask for.
