Heather was so wonderful with our twin toddlers! Showed up right on time at 6:20AM even after 5 inches of snow the night before. Our boys are usually pretty upset around new people at this age (15 months), but they warmed up to her so quickly I was pleasantly surprised. She was also great at responding to texts throughout the day with updates and pictures and is just overall very friendly and likeable. Definitely recommend!
