About Shayley

I like working with kids because they keep me on my toes! I love forming trusting relationships with children and watching their growth. Every child is different and I love figuring out their needs and personality I started working with kids when I became an aunt in my early childhood. Did babysitting for siblings. I then had my own child which was a learning experience in itself. Now I have a full time job being a co-lead in a daycare and I've been there for 2 years and loving it! One thing you should know about me is I am very responsible, especially when it comes to children. I am patient and understand that everybody has a different parenting style and respect those routines to my best ability. My skills include meal prepping, supplying interactive activities, and staying on a routine.
