About Shawn

Empowering students to reach their full potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. With two years of experience, I specialize in Math, English, Test Preparation, and Study Skills for learners ranging from elementary school to college. I believe every student possesses unique strengths, and I focus on building confidence rather than simple memorization. By observing your individual learning style, I adapt my methods--using visual aids, hands-on activities, or real-world examples--to ensure concepts truly click. I prioritize clear communication with both you and your family to create a collaborative, supportive environment. Whether we are breaking down complex problems or celebrating a major academic milestone, I am dedicated to fostering a genuine love for learning. I am happy to meet at your home, a library, or online to help you succeed, and I truly look forward to embarking on this educational journey with you.
